Skill required:

• Excellent fluent communication in Bengali, English & Hindi is mandatory.
• Good listener, have to understand the requirement of client and then pitch our services.
• Convert the call to a business deal and fix up the meeting.
• Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers to get new requirements from them.
• Basic computer knowledge and database building.  (Internet Surfing, MS. Office, Xcel, PPT)
